Former Legacy Fighting Alliance light heavyweight champion Lucas Fernando made a decisive statement at UFC 330, dominating Rafael Tobias en route to a third-round technical knockout. The all-Brazilian matchup showcased Fernando's diverse striking arsenal—he attacked Tobias methodically with leg and body kicks while threading crisp boxing combinations throughout the bout. Though Tobias briefly caught a kick and put Fernando on the canvas in the middle rounds, the challenger quickly worked back to his feet and continued his assault. Fernando sealed the victory at 1:10 of the third round.

Improving his record to 14–3, Fernando now owns 10 finishes. In his post-fight remarks, the newcomer emphasized the significance of the victory, stating he had been dreaming about competing at this level his entire life.
