By using Vertex MMA you agree to these terms. Please read them — especially the virtual-currency and no-warranty sections.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.
Virtual currency
Coins are a free, in-app feature for entertainment only. They have NO monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or redeemed for real money or prizes, and are not gambling. We may adjust, reset, or remove balances to correct errors or abuse.
Acceptable use
Do not post unlawful, hateful, harassing, or spam content; do not abuse, scrape, or attack the service; do not attempt to manipulate leaderboards, markets, or bonuses. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of the rankings, comments and other content you create, and grant us a licence to display it within the platform. You are responsible for what you post.
No warranty
The Vertex Score, model picks and simulations are informational estimates — not predictions or betting advice — and may be inaccurate or out of date. The service is provided "as is", without warranties.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vertex MMA is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
