Privacy

Data we collect

• Account: your email and a securely hashed password, handled by our authentication provider.
• Profile: username, display name, and any optional bio, country and avatar you add.
• Activity: your bets, parlays, custom rankings, comments and coin transaction history.
• Technical: a sign-in session cookie, your language and theme preferences, and basic server logs.

How we use it

To run your account, place and settle virtual bets, compute leaderboards, tiers and achievements, display the content you create, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies

We use a sign-in session cookie (needed to stay logged in) and small preference cookies for language and theme. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Service providers

• Supabase provides our database, authentication and file storage, and delivers account emails such as password resets.
• Our news pipeline reads public RSS feeds and uses a large-language-model service to classify and rephrase headlines; no personal user data is sent to it.
• The app runs on our own server infrastructure.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can edit your profile in Settings and delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your profile and associated data. You can also request access or correction by email.

Children

Vertex MMA is not directed at children and is intended for users who are 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live).

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
