PFL adds Sarvarjon Khamidov versus Rafael do Nascimento to Chicago card
The Professional Fighters League continues to strengthen its October 16 card in Chicago, adding a bantamweight matchup between Sarvarjon Khamidov and Rafael do Nascimento to the lineup.
The event will be headlined by a rematch for the undisputed women's flyweight title, pitting Liz Carmouche against Jena Bishop. Carmouche and Bishop previously faced off in the 2025 PFL women's flyweight tournament final, which Carmouche won by knockout. The promotion has also booked a heavyweight bout between Denis Goltsov and Maxwell Djantou Nana.
Khamidov (17–1) arrives off a second-round submission victory over PFL tournament finalist Justin Wetzell in June, marking his first appearance of 2026. A veteran of both Bellator MMA and the PFL, the bantamweight has steadily climbed the divisional ranks. Do Nascimento (13–3), a Legacy Fighting Alliance veteran, also enters on a winning streak. In his PFL debut, he pulled off an upset over Lewis McGrillen-Evans by second-round submission, signaling he could be a credible threat to the more experienced Khamidov.
