Blanchfield, ranked No. 4 at 125 pounds in the MMA Fighting Global Rankings, was set to face No. 10-ranked Jasudavicius in a significant contender matchup. The promotion is exploring options to reschedule the bout for a future event.

The withdrawal ends a strong run for Blanchfield, who had won back-to-back fights over Tracy Cortez and Rose Namajunas following her first UFC loss—a unanimous decision defeat to Manon Fiorot in 2023. Prior to that setback, the "Cold Blooded" fighter had compiled an undefeated 6-0 record inside the octagon.

Jasudavicius arrives on a hot streak of her own, having won six of her last seven fights. She most recently notched a unanimous decision victory over Karine Silva at UFC Winnipeg in April. With Blanchfield sidelined, the matchup's high-stakes implications for the flyweight title picture are now on hold pending rescheduling.
