PFL D.C. Results: Jean vs. Rodriguez
The PFL returned to Washington, D.C. on Saturday night for a welterweight title showdown at CareFirst Arena, with Thad Jean facing late-replacement Ernesto Rodriguez for the vacant 2025 PFL welterweight crown. Originally slated to defend against 2024 PFL champion Shamil Musaev, Jean got a new opponent when Musaev withdrew this week. Rodriguez, who had been booked against Aaron McKenzie on the undercard, stepped in on short notice to challenge for the vacant strap. A light heavyweight clash between Tyson Pedro and Rafael Xavier rounded out the main card.
