Dana White’s Contender Series season 10 debuts in August

Dana White's Contender Series is returning for season 10, with the inaugural episode set to air on August 11 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on Paramount+. The shift to Paramount+ represents part of the UFC's broader broadcast deal with the network. Season 10 will consist of 10 episodes, each airing on Tuesday nights, with the first card featuring five bouts. The specific matchups for the opening episode have not yet been announced, though the full card is expected to be finalized soon.

The Contender Series, which debuted in 2017 under Dana White's direction, has become a proving ground for up-and-coming fighters across all weight classes. Winners earn UFC contracts directly from the promotion. The series has an impressive track record of producing elite talent: four fighters who went on to become UFC champions—Sean O'Malley, Jamahal Hill, Jack Della Maddalena, and Carlos Ulberg—emerged from its ranks. Beyond champions, the show has launched the careers of numerous top contenders including Kevin Holland, Caio Borralho, Brendan Allen, Joe Pyfer, Payton Talbott, Carlos Prates, Mauricio Ruffy, Jean Silva, Kevin Vallejos, and others who have gone on to compete at the highest levels of combat sports.
