Jean Silva made a statement in the Noche UFC main event, submitting Jose Miguel Delgado with a one-armed rear-naked choke at 2:57 of the third round in front of the Arizona crowd.

Silva started cautiously, circling the octagon with minimal offense as Delgado tested him with kicks and sharp right hands that landed cleanly in the opening rounds.
