Lewis McGrillen-Evans draws PFL MENA champion for Dubai return
Lewis McGrillen-Evans will challenge Nawras Abzakh for the 2025 PFL MENA bantamweight title at PFL Dubai on November 14 at Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai. McGrillen-Evans (13-2) is riding a recent return to form, securing a unanimous decision over Brandon Lewis at PFL Charlotte to rebound from a loss to Rafael do Nascimento.
The 25-year-old Manchester Top Team fighter has established himself as a rising name on the PFL's European circuit, with victories over Dean Garnett, Alexander Luster, and Alan Philpott. His championship opponent, Abzakh, captured the MENA title by defeating Ali Yazbeck via second-round knockout and earning a unanimous decision over Moktar Benkaci in the tournament semifinal.
McGrillen-Evans returns to international competition seeking to add championship gold to his resume. A win would mark a significant step forward in his career and position him as a major force in the PFL's bantamweight division.
