Uros Medic annihilates Daniel Rodriguez in 30 seconds at UFC Belgrade

Uros Medic delivered a stunning 30-second knockout to dispatch Daniel Rodriguez in the main event of UFC Belgrade, the promotion's inaugural card in Serbia. The local hero wasted no time establishing control, trading low kicks before landing a counter left hook as Rodriguez pressed forward. Medic followed with a combination and knee that sent Rodriguez crashing to the canvas, then finished with ground strikes until referee Jason Herzog waved off the fight.

The victory capped a historic night in Belgrade. The card set a UFC record with 10 first-round finishes, and Serbian fighters went 5-0 on the show. In the co-main event, undefeated light heavyweight prospect Navajo Stirling (11-0, 6-0 UFC) made short work of former divisional champion Jan Blachowicz, sending him across the cage with a right hand before opening him up with elbows and punches. Referee Marc Goddard stopped the action at 2:56 of Round 1.

Aleksandar Rakic (15-6, 7-5 UFC) returned to heavyweight after his light heavyweight stint and dominated Marcin Tybura across three rounds, earning three 30-27 scorecards while snapping a four-fight losing streak. Robert Valentin forced Dusko Todorovic to tap to a guillotine choke 4:14 into Round 1 of their middleweight bout, while Gilbert Urbina crushed Vlastislav Cepo with punches just 61 seconds into their 185-pound debut.

On the main card, Noah Gugnon silenced the home crowd at 155 pounds, taking the back of Milos Janicic and locking in a rear-naked choke at 81 seconds. On the preliminary card, Tofiq Musayev, a former Rizin Fighting Federation grand prix winner, defeated Ludovit Klein at 4:07 of Round 2 with ground-and-pound after a three-piece combination dropped Klein against the fence.
