PFL tournament winner Oleg Popov draws unbeaten finisher in Dubai

PFL tournament champion Oleg Popov will face undefeated finisher Pouya Rahmani at PFL Dubai on November 14 at Coca-Cola Arena in the United Arab Emirates. The heavyweight matchup pits two powerhouse competitors against each other on a stacked card.

Popov (23-2) earned his spot by winning the PFL 2025 heavyweight tournament. The veteran is currently riding a four-fight winning streak since his only PFL loss in 2024. Rahmani (5-0), meanwhile, brings an unblemished record and an exceptional finishing rate, having ended all five of his professional wins inside the first round. A submission victory over Karl Williams last February was later overturned to a no contest on technical grounds.

The heavyweight title clash between Vadim Nemkov and Sergey Bilostenniy will headline the Dubai event.
