Dakota Ditcheva, the 2024 PFL flyweight tournament champion, faced Denise Kielholtz in the co-main event of PFL New York at UBS Arena in Belmont Park, New York. Ditcheva was returning to action after more than a year away, while Kielholtz, a former Muay Thai fighter with Bellator title-challenger experience, had won three consecutive bouts including her PFL debut.
Ditcheva used her significant physical advantage—roughly nine years younger, five inches taller, and heavier—to control the opening round with probing attacks, a combination of jabs, kicks, and knees.
