Joe Rogan signs new Spotify deal after previous $250M agreement
Joe Rogan has signed a new multiyear licensing deal with Spotify for "The Joe Rogan Experience" podcast, continuing a partnership that began in 2020. While Spotify withheld specific financial terms, The Wall Street Journal reported the agreement carries terms similar to his previous deal, which carried an estimated potential value of $250 million.
The podcast remains Spotify's most-followed show with over 18 million followers and was the top podcast across major platforms in 2025. New episodes will continue rolling out weekly on Spotify and other platforms. Rogan, a longtime UFC commentator, expressed satisfaction with the arrangement: "The partnership with Spotify has been an amazing fit, and they're incredible to work with. I'm extremely happy and excited to continue with them for years to come." The deal extends Rogan's presence on the platform following his initial 2020 agreement, reportedly valued above $100 million.
