Dana White calls Eddie Hearn ‘delusional,’ Hearn responds by dunking on White with video receipts

UFC President Dana White and boxing promoter Eddie Hearn have escalated their ongoing public feud over involvement in the December 11 Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua heavyweight bout. Following the UFC 332 press conference in Salt Lake City on Thursday, White doubled down on claims that he is both promoting and producing the high-profile boxing match, dismissing Hearn's repeated denials of his involvement as part of a public relations stunt. "Eddie likes to see himself on interviews," White told reporters, adding that Hearn's self-promotion would "get you in a lot of f*cking trouble" and calling him "incredibly delusional."
Hearn wasted little time responding. On Friday, the Matchroom Boxing promoter released a montage of video clips showing White making contradictory statements about the Fury-Joshua fight. The compilation highlighted instances where White incorrectly predicted the bout would take place in the United States before it was eventually confirmed for Cardiff, Wales. It also featured White struggling to clearly define his exact role in promoting the fight, and notably, his name was conspicuously absent from the official credits at the fight's press conference—when Saudi promoter Turki Alalshikh did mention White's involvement, he was met with boos from the crowd.
Hearn captioned his response with: "Gonna leave this one here. Time to move on to the big stuff. 10 weeks today the biggest fight in British boxing history! Let's gooooo." The video included a particularly pointed clip of White asking rhetorically, "You think that I would publicly lie and then look like a f*cking idiot in front of everybody?" White has suggested the dispute may not be settled, with his allies Alalshikh and UFC CEO Nick Khan continuing to insist White maintains some involvement with the December 11 event, though the exact nature of that involvement remains unclear.
