UFC Paris weigh-in results: Salahdine Parnasse official for debut duel with Dan Hooker
Salahdine Parnasse is officially set for his long-awaited UFC debut. The former two-division KSW champion made weight at Friday's official weigh-ins for UFC Paris, registering 155 pounds. His opponent, veteran lightweight Dan Hooker, also weighed in at championship weight.
Parnasse makes his promotional debut six months after his first U.S. competition, when he scored a first-round knockout of Kenneth Cross at the inaugural MVP MMA event in Inglewood, California. The French fighter previously starred in Poland's KSW promotion, where he held gold at both lightweight and featherweight, logging seven successful championship defenses across both divisions.
He looks to make an immediate splash in the contender picture against Hooker, a 24-fight UFC veteran currently on a two-fight losing streak. A third straight loss would mark the first time in Hooker's career he has suffered such a setback. The main event will air on Paramount+ at 3 p.m. ET.
