Former UFC, PFL contender Aspen Ladd signs with BKB, debuts at BKB 58
Aspen Ladd, a former UFC and PFL contender, has signed with bare knuckle boxing promotion BKB and will make her debut on August 29 at BKB 58 in Miami.
Ladd most recently competed in BKFC in November, where she earned a first-round victory. Her move to BKB marks another step in her combat sports journey as she transitions between promotions and rule sets. In a statement, Ladd expressed enthusiasm for the bare knuckle format, saying the promotion "gives me the chance to compete with everything on the line, no gloves, no hiding, and I'm ready to show everyone what I can do."
BKB 58 takes place at the James L. Knight Center and will feature several notable bouts. The main event sees BKB heavyweight champion Gustavo Trujillo defend his title against Mark O'Neil. The card will also mark the promotional debut of Olympic gold medalist Yuriorkis Gamboa, who faces Yesner Talavera.
Ladd's signing continues BKB's expansion, with the promotion now boasting a roster of over 200 fighters from 30 countries. Bare knuckle boxing has grown as an alternative combat sport, attracting MMA veterans and boxers looking for a different competitive environment. Ladd's experience across multiple organizations positions her as an established name in the bare knuckle sphere as she steps into the trigon for the first time.
