King Green is rewriting his UFC story at 39 with four straight wins

King Green extended his late-career resurgence to four consecutive victories by defeating Terrance McKinney at UFC 329 in Las Vegas on Saturday. The 39-year-old veteran's come-from-behind finish in the opening round demonstrated the grit that has defined his unexpected run of success.

McKinney dominated early, opening cuts on Green's face and securing a takedown with ground-and-pound that brought him to the verge of a first-round stoppage. Green, however, escaped to his feet and capitalized on his opponent's momentary lapse in pressure. He pinned McKinney against the fence, unleashed a flurry of strikes, and forced referee Kerry Hatley to intervene at 4:59 of Round 1.
