Conor McGregor hosting BKFC’s ‘World Baddest Man’ series headed to FOX Nation in 2027

Conor McGregor is stepping into a new role outside the UFC octagon: host of a global bare-knuckle fighting tournament series set to debut on FOX Nation in summer 2027. Though sidelined by knee surgery, McGregor—who also serves as a co-owner of Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC)—will front the documentary-style competition, titled World's Baddest Man.

The series will feature a bracket-style tournament drawing elite bare-knuckle fighters from around the world, culminating in a winner-take-all live finale on FOX Nation. McGregor expressed enthusiasm for the project in a statement, calling BKFC a game-changer in combat sports and framing the tournament as a test of "heart, grit, and willpower" that will set a new standard for competitive fighting.

FOX Nation, the streaming home for premium original content from Fox Corporation, will serve as the exclusive broadcast partner. Lauren Patterson, president of FOX Nation, highlighted McGregor's profile as a draw and praised the series as a blend of documentary storytelling and world-class athletic competition, offering subscribers unprecedented access to elite fighters competing for a prestigious title.

The specific fighters and bracket details remain to be announced. This marks another expansion of FOX Nation's combat sports slate, following its recent partnership to broadcast RAF wrestling. For McGregor, the hosting gig allows him to remain a visible figure in fighting during his recovery, while BKFC continues to establish itself as a major alternative to traditional gloved boxing and MMA.
