Tommy McMillen firmly believes he has what it takes to be the UFC featherweight division's top prospect, and he is eager to prove it against fellow undefeated 145-pounder Marwan Rahiki at Noche UFC 4 on September 12 in Glendale, Arizona.

McMillen enters the matchup undefeated at 11-0, with an impressive 10 finishes to his name. His only decision victory came during his contract-winning appearance on Dana White's Contender Series.
