Biaggio Ali Walsh taps to modified twister at PFL Austin
Gamid Khizriev made a dominant statement on the PFL Austin prelims Saturday, submitting Biaggio Ali Walsh with a modified twister just 2:32 into the first round.
Khizriev, an undefeated prospect, wasted little time establishing control, repeatedly scoring takedowns against the boxer-turned-MMA-fighter Walsh, who is the grandson of Muhammad Ali. Despite Walsh's efforts to escape and return to his feet, Khizriev worked his way to the back and locked in a body triangle.
